Rosemary Lodge

Reviews

We stayed for 4 nights in September, and despite rather dodgy weather we had a fantastic stay at Hollybrook Lodges. It is a really peaceful area and the hot tub was a fantastic luxury, I'd even recommend it in the rain! On departure we unfortunately left a garment bag of clothes in the wardrobe. Simon was more than helpful and got them posted to us, which due to some Royal Mail errors, meant he had to go to the post office 3 times! We cannot fault his customer service.

Lovely and peaceful but close to all amenities. Each cabin having its own hot tub was great and we used it as often as we could. Great holiday!

I would highly recommend this holiday to other customers with babies. We took our 10 week old baby to a lodge and had a relaxing weekend; the self catering aspect made it easy for us to cater to our baby's needs; the staff were friendly and welcoming; the area was peaceful and a very reasonable distance from York and Harrogate which meant we didn't have to travel very far with baby; and there was plenty of space for all baby's equipment!
Mrs S, Hessle, North Humberside

Very nice clean park with a lovely warm welcome from Steve when we first arrived. Ideal location only 1/2 mile from the small village which has a few restaurants, pubs and take-aways. Lovely & peaceful site with clean tidy lodges. Our Rosemary Lodge 1 had the hot tub to the side & towards the back of the lodge. The lodge was home from home with everything you could possibly need. York is only 15-20 minutes away and with the park and ride down the road it is the ideal way to get in to the city. All in all we had a lovely holiday, in a nice peaceful location.

This is truly a wonderful place to stay if you want peace and relaxation with very easy access to York and the park and ride, plus the Yorkshire coast, and it is a fantastic base for all of Yorkshires attractions. The lodges are beautiful and have all the gadgets you could possibly need and are spotless. The personal hot tub is fantastic, and having had a busy day sightseeing or shopping they are modern, hot and clean. I would recommend this park to anyone who likes privacy and peace and quiet - I travelled with two teenage children who loved it and I will definitely be returning in the future, a hidden gem!

You really couldn't improve the Easingwold site. Simon who runs it is helpful beyond belief. The accomodation is fantastic. We take my mother who is 94 years old and walks with the aid of a frame and she thinks she's in second heaven when we stay there. I couldn't praise it enough and have recommended it to a lot of friends. This stay we introduced our American cousins to Easingwold and they can't wait to return.

The lodges were beautiful, very warm and welcoming and all the fittings new and top class. The hot tubs are sublime, and even in the worst weather you have to try it - because you don't notice the cold or wind once you are in and enjoying the massaging effect and a glass of bubbly! York isn't far away and if you use the park and ride facility it takes all the difficulty away and its a quick trip in to town and the buses are frequent.
Mr W, Newcastle, Staffordshire
